1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OtterFax, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. OtterFax is a product of EthDen LLC.

2. Proper Use

Don't use OtterFax for anything illegal. Specifically:

• No spamming via fax or shortened links.
• No transmitting malicious software or copyrighted material you don't own.
• No attempting to bypass our rate limits or identity verification.

3. Payments & Billing

Subscriptions (Basic/Pro) are billed monthly. One-time fees for excess pages are billed immediately to your saved card. All sales are final, though we will provide refunds if a technical error on our part prevents your fax from being sent.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

We strive for 100% reliability, but we provide our tools "as is." EthDen LLC is not liable for any damages resulting from a delayed fax, a broken link, or a lost document.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, especially those involved in spam or fraudulent billing.
